Beat AI ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Beat AI mobile application (the "App"). When you use AI-powered features (chat, voice commands, music generation, AI sound creation), your text prompts and voice transcriptions are sent to Google's Gemini API and Google's Lyria API for processing.
