We typically reply within 24–48 hours. When reporting an issue, please include your device model, iOS version, and a short description (a screenshot helps a lot).
Subscriptions are handled through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel: open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Beat AI. You can also manage them directly from inside the app.
Paid plans may include a free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then to avoid being charged. Any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when you start a paid subscription.
Switched devices or reinstalled the app? Open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases to restore an active subscription tied to your Apple ID.
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Beat AI does not require an account to use. Your songs and projects are stored on your device. To remove your data, delete the app or clear its data from your device. For details on what we process, see our Privacy Policy.
